FLIGHT PLANNING

When booking with Israel Outdoors' travel agent, plan to arrive to Ben Gurion Airport no later than 5pm on the start date. Volunteers can depart anytime after 12:01am on the final program day (i.e., travelers do not need to stay with the program on the final posted date).

Volunteers are responsible for their own travel from/to Ben Gurion Airport. We will provide detailed guidance on how/when to meet the group.

SAFE TRAVEL COMMITMENT

Since December 2023, we have hosted thousands of can-do volunteers responsibly – and we'll continue to do so as long as we are confident in being able to provide a safe and meaningful experience. Rest assured, we provide 24 x 7 staff supervision, all of our accommodations are equipped with safe rooms, and we travel together as a group for organized programming.
