TL-BR-54-100 & 101 UPDATE 2

The trip is going very well with the amazing staff, (Moran) TE, and (Daniel) medic/guard. On May 26th, we had a blast during our ATV and water river hike, followed by boating experience at Shikmim Beach.

On May 27th, we held a great welcome activity to introduce the Israeli participants to the group; everyone is bonding well. The group also took in the beauty of Tzfat and was truly amazed by the wonders of the mystical city.

On May 28th, the fabulous group learned about the rich history and some symbolic meanings of the Bedouins from Wifki in the village of Ka’Abia. They even got to participate in an exciting coffee ceremony that brought a lot of curiosity, laughter, and beautiful harmony with music.

On May 29th, we traveled to the old city and explored the ancient grounds. For those seeing the Kotel for the first time, it was a deeply moving and connecting experience and great for the rest to see it again too. Then we had some free time in Machane Yehuda for lunch and exploring the Shuk.

We have also been having a lot of fun on the bus with daily anagrams, global updates, a fun fact of history on each day of the trip, and a Hebrew word of the day. Additionally, we’ve been reading “fun fact” cards written by the participants and guessing who they belong to as a way to get to know each other better.
