We started off the day with a view of the border with Lebanon. We then went to the Jordan River where we took an exhilarating ride on rafts with our friends. We ate lunch at a mall, getting to shop and see some sights. Then we went on a beautiful hike alongside a mountain in the Golan Heights. It was a rigorous but rewarding hike, where the view was definitely worth it in the end. We wrapped up our joyous day by visiting a Druze village, learned about their amazing religion/culture, and we ate some great traditional foods like grapeleaves and incredible hummus! Day 2 was a hit!
