TL-46-543 Update 1

Wow, what a journey! We met at JFK and began our adventure together. After a fun-filled flight with many stories to tell, we met the Israeli staff, ate breakfast, and loaded the bus to begin day one. We drove north to Caesarea National park. We learned about history, walked around, and embraced the beautiful scenery.

We then went to Zichron Yaakov for a walking tour of an original village founded by Jewish immigrants in the 1880s, which was followed by lunch and time on their own to mingle, explore the neighborhood, and shop.

We then checked into our hotel, rested a bit, and freshened up before we had our official opening ceremony of getting to know each other with icebreakers, reviewed the rules, and then went to dinner.

After dinner, the group was free and decided to hang and play games (go fish, some ignited with their inner children and played on the playground, and others sat and talked/enjoyed the stars. We have a wonderful group of folks that are excited to enjoy this journey together.

With excitement,
Jenny, Hal, and Serge 🙂
