TL-46-480 Update 2

Greetings from bus 480!
Since last we checked in, we have had so many great experiences!

We spent a few meaningful days in Jerusalem where we visited the Old City, the Kotel, the shuk, Yad Vashem and Mount Herzl. Then we traveled to the South and enjoyed great hospitality in a Bedouin tent, followed by a sunrise climb to Masada, a hike to Ein Bokek, and a great float in the Dead Sea. After that, we explored Be’er Sheva and the Lachish area.

We relaxed on Shabbat in Natanya. Our Shabbat programming was very meaningful and connected us all. The highlight was when we celebrated the Bnei Mitzvot of 3 participants in our group. After Shabbat we partied in Tel Aviv and got to travel and explore the city on our own and enjoy a graffiti tour.

We are excited to continue our trip in the North of Israel and we can’t believe that most of the trip is behind us.

PS- bus 480 will forever be known as the only group in the history of Birthright Israel that was always on time or early since our participants are the best and never late!
