TL-46-226 Update 1
Bus 226 participants arrived in Israel excited and ready to go! After arriving at 8 am, the group boarded the bus, met the tour guide, and drove to the beautiful Zikhron Ya’akov for a brief walking tour and lunch. Then, we drove the group to Tzipori for ATV/ranger driving in the northern fields. We then checked in to the hotel in Tiberias, had dinner at the hotel, and did icebreakers/programming to end the first night.
After a full night’s rest, the group woke up for an early breakfast at the hotel and departed on the bus to do a historical hike in Tel Dan, lead by the tour guide. The seven Israeli peers (mifgash) joined, introduced themselves, and immediately got integrated into the group. We had lunch altogether in Kfar Blum at Blumin’ restaurant, and then drove to the Jordan River for exciting river rafting! After rafting, we drove back to Tiberias for dinner and then to the hotel for a debrief/plan for the next day.
