TL-46-180 Update 1

The CU Birthright trip has just arrived at our hotel in Tiberias! After a long flight, we met up with our tour guides and security guards and got situated with our SIM cards. We then went to a grocery store, where many participants bought goods and were very excited about the fresh produce being sold outside of the stores (the peaches were a big hit). We ate breakfast outside and then headed to the beach in Tiberias, where we did a few ice breakers and hung out enjoying the beautiful view. From the beach, we went to Maimonides’ grave site and learned about his impact in the world of Judaism and philosophy. We then headed to a mall for lunch, and are now resting at our hotel. It has been a very long day so far, but everyone is having a great time!
