The Youth, Best in Show winner submitted by Derek Doneen, Israel Outdoors alumn Summer 2013

Did you know that Taglit Birthright Israel ran an alumni photography contest with submissions of photos from people’s Birthright trips?  Did you know that the contest received over 350,000 submissions from participants in 64 countries?  Did you know that 36 winners were chosen including several photos taken by Israel Outdoors alumni?

We’ll if you didn’t know that, you probably also didn’t know that Through the Lens, a photography exhibition showing the 36 winners, is traveling the country spotlighting these amazing photos.  Currently on show at the JCC MetroWest in West Orange, NJ, Through the Lens could be coming to a gallery near you.  For more information regarding the exhibit check out the Through the Lens website.
