Multi-Generational Israel Experience

What a unique reunion experience! This past December, many people had the unique opportunity to visit Israel with the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit. On November 26th, 2012, 25 seniors aged 70 and older who had never been to Israel departed on the Federation’s Israel Dream Mission. On December 20th, group TL-27-46 traveled to Israel on a Detroit Community Taglit-Birthright Israel trip that was run by Israel Outdoors. On February 10th, once everyone had returned, both groups got together for brunch to talk about their experiences while in Israel. NEXTGen staff Ayelet Kon told us that “the brunch was such a wonderful experience.
