Israel Flag Overview

OVERVIEW

Get ready for an elite training experience where you'll sharpen your game through intensive on-field sessions covering offensive and defensive strategies, playbook mastery, and live scrimmages — all designed around the specific schemes of Israel's national flag football program. Your days will be packed with walkthroughs, film review, and player-led playcalling as you develop the mental and physical tools needed to compete at the highest level.

Beyond the field, you'll dive into the cutting edge of modern football — learning data analytics used at the national team level, studying opponent tendencies through scouting reports, and building the athletic foundation of a true Olympic-caliber athlete through strength training, nutrition, and mindset development.

As a Birthright Israel Fellow, you'll round out your summer with weekend field trips, informal educational activities, and social networking opportunities. Along the way, you'll be building lasting connections with fellow competitors while contributing to a program with genuine Olympic ambitions.
