OVERVIEW

Get ready for an action-packed summer where you'll spend your mornings coaching and mentoring young Israeli athletes in youth baseball programs and camps across the country. Your afternoons and evenings will be dedicated to competitive play as you join the Israel Baseball Summer League (IBSL), playing 3-4 games per week alongside Israeli and international teammates.
Beyond the diamond, you'll contribute to the growth of Israeli baseball by supporting Maccabiah Games preparation and collaborating with Israeli coaches during this historic summer of international competition.
Throughout the program, you'll build deep connections with Israeli players and fellow participants, experiencing Israel through the universal language of baseball while making a lasting impact on the sport's development in the country.

BASEBALL BACKGROUND

Fellows should be college-age students with prior baseball playing experience who are passionate about coaching and working with youth. The program requires physical fitness for active daily participation, including morning coaching sessions and afternoon/evening games and practices. You must be committed to the full four-week program and bring a team-player mentality, with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic sports environment.
