The world's most extraordinary travel opportunity is about to get more limited...

Age 27-32 travelers will no longer be eligible for Birthright Israel-funded trips starting in the fall

WHAT ABOUT TRIP AGE GROUPINGS?

Until the eligibility rules change next year, we will continue to offer separate trips for ages 27-32, ages 22-26, and ages 18-22.

WHY THE CHANGE?

Ages 27-32 travelers were made eligible on a pilot basis four years ago. The pilot has ended, and Birthright Israel has decided to return to the original age range of 18-26. There will be no exceptions once the rules change in the fall.

WHAT IF I AM AGE 26 NOW?

If you are still age 26 as of May 1, 2022, you'll be eligible for any Summer 2022 trip (May, June, July, August, or September). If you are still age 26 as of December 1, 2022, you'll be eligible for any Winter 2022 trip (November, December, January, February, or March).

WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

It means you need to make a plan to go on a trip ASAP...and tell a friend! This is not a time to procrastinate and run into a scheduling conflict later, because once the rules change, the opportunity will be really, truly gone for good!
