On this fully subsidized experiential journey guided by world-class experts, you'll travel throughout Israel, build storytelling skills, sharpen your brand, and hone tools to amplify your voices to audiences globally. Along the way, you'll have the space to collaborate, lead a session or workshop, and experiment alongside a community of visionary peers from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
We are living through a moment that calls for bold leadership. Travelers on Impact Incubator will grapple with the question: How can I expand my influence while embracing my Jewish identity? Impact Incubator will give you the inspiration, knowledge, tools and network to find out.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Embark on a 10-day journey throughout Israel, designed to elevate your storytelling, leadership, and personal brand:
- Expert-Led Workshops | Hone your storytelling skills and media strategy
- Immersive Experiences | Discover Israel’s creative hubs, spiritual landscapes, and cultural complexities with a lens that blends ancient wisdom with contemporary perspectives
- Content Creation | Collaborate with this cohort of standout changemakers and lead a session or performance related to your area of expertise.
- Post-Trip Mentorship | Keep the momentum going with three months of tools and support from the Storytellers team.
ELIGIBILITY
We are building a select cohort of established creatives and changemakers across all fields who are dedicated to standing out through digital tools and driving impact in their industries. This group will act as agents for change, inspiring others to embrace their own Jewish voices.
REICHMAN FELLOWSHIP

A 4-week Fellowship based at Reichman University for emerging changemakers and creatives across all fields. Gain geopolitical knowledge and build skills as part of a visionary cohort for life.

OVERVIEW
Whether you are a budding changemaker, creative or a policy activist, having a robust online platform is integral to being a contemporary leader that stands out in the digital age. With top global experts, fellows will study geopolitics, master the latest skills and tools across digital mediums, join a visionary community and build their careers.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Participants will live together in the vibrant city of Tel Aviv and commute to Reichman University’s campus in Herzliya multiple times a week. The fellowship blends expert-led learning, media labs, field trips & peer-led workshops allowing you to immediately implement what you learn. Intended outcomes are:
- Embrace a greater understanding of your history as a Jewish person and Israel’s geopolitical realities
- Develop your personal brand to standout as a leader and propel your career forward Co-create a lifelong network of visionary experts and peers
- Hands-on time to incubate, collaborate & create content.
- Master cutting-edge digital tools, storytelling and amplification
- Mentorship for three months following the program to support you in strategy refinement & platform growth.
ELIGIBILITY
We are building a select cohort of aspiring and emerging changemakers, creatives and policy influencers across all fields looking to expand their leadership and grow their platform online using digital mediums.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and the deadline to apply is March 1, 2025
Eligible candidates are age 18-35, identify as Jewish, and are fluent in English. Applicants must be available for the full program and can NOT have spent three or more consecutive months in Israel post-high school, or participated in a prior Onward program.
